Work With Us

Where Caring Professionals Grow and Succeed

At Trinity Basin Preparatory, our teachers strive to create a culture of positive interdependence through shared goals and experiences of collective success. Here, every contribution matters, and collective growth is as valued as individual achievement. We encourage open communication, collaboration across grade levels, and a spirit of teamwork that extends beyond the classroom. This approach not only strengthens our professional community but also models the skills of cooperation, empathy, and mutual respect that we hope our students carry with them into the world.

The image depicts a simple organizational chart or hierarchy, with a larger icon representing a central figure or leader, and three smaller icons representing subordinate or associated individuals.

With smaller class sizes, our teachers can deeply engage with students while forging supportive, trust-based relationships with students and their families.

The image depicts two speech bubbles containing the Spanish letter "ñ" in a navy blue color against a yellow background.

We hire certified English as a Second Language (ESL) teachers and provide comprehensive, on-campus classroom support, including specialists, Response to Intervention (RTI) services, and Instructional Coaches (ICs).
